The sage continues... 9 days after I spoke to DVLA the last time (see my previous blog entry) I got a call on my mobile phone (a step up from the letter!) from the DVLA, kindly explaining that they have my passport as it was returned to them by Royal Mail!

Really? The passport that was delivered to me the day after we spoke last? The one that's in front of me now (yeah, I did go an check!)? Sure, definitely - because I didn't actually change my address when we spoke! I STILL live here... and yes, the address IS correct and I HAVE my passport! But please, call again!

I suppose they are trying, trying hard... I reckon this won't be the end of it and I am expecting to get another letter from them in a week or so...
